Our home has really started to feel like home now, with all our furniture in place, and the awesome Thanksgiving dinner we had on Sunday with our great, great friends just added to that feeling - it feels almost perfect now. Sure, the basement's a tiny bit rough and will remain so, and the backyard could be greener, but all in all I think this place is just great. Absolutely. Here we have way more room than we did in any of our apartments in Helsinki, a yard for bbq's, two floors, and the building itself has got some history and detail.And even though I'm a big fan of hot weather, I'm looking forward to spending the winter in this place. It'll be nice to relax here, when the weather gets cooler. And that might have started today - it was rainy, gray, and cooler in Toronto today after weeks of gorgeous, but uncommonly hot weather.
